目的 进一步探讨各危险因素与胃癌的关系。方法 选取天津市市内六区 1998年和1999年的 189例新发胃癌病人并按性别、年龄、民族等为配比条件选取该市 189名健康人群进行 1∶1配对的病例对照研究 ,资料处理采用条件logistic回归分析。 结果 多因素条件logistic回归分析显示胃癌的发病与下列 4种因素关系密切 :烟熏食品OR =2 .34 ,95 %CI:1.6 0~ 4.98;吸烟量OR =6 .0 7,95 %CI:1.2 6~ 7.16 ;喜食重盐饮食OR =1.95 ,95 %CI :1.2 7~ 3.2 3;过量摄入动物肉类OR =1.46 ,95 %CI:1.0 5~ 2 .0 2。结论 经常食用烟熏食品、吸烟量大、喜食重盐饮食、过量摄入动物肉类等可能是胃癌的危险因素。
Objective To further explore the relationship between various risk factors and gastric cancer. Methods A total of 189 patients with newly diagnosed gastric cancer in the six districts of Tianjin in 1998 and 1999 were selected and 189 healthy people in the city were selected to conduct a 1:1 matching case-control study according to gender, age, and ethnicity. Processing was performed using conditional logistic regression analysis. Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the incidence of gastric cancer was closely related to the following four factors: OR of smoked food = 2.34, 95% CI: 1.6 0 ~ 4.98, and smoking amount OR = 6. 0 7, 95% CI: 1.2 6 to 7.16; eating heavy salt diet OR = 1.95, 95% CI: 1.2 7 ~ 3.2 3; excessive intake of animal meat OR = 1.46, 95% CI: 1.0 5 ~ 2. 0 2. Conclusion Frequent consumption of smoked food, heavy smoking, eating heavy salt diet, excessive intake of animal meat, etc. may be risk factors for gastric cancer.
