茶多糖酶法提取的优化条件及其对葡萄糖激酶活性的影响

为揭示茶多糖的高提取效率与其高活性之间的相关性,在系统考察胰酶作用条件和冰乙醇用量对其提取效率影响的基础上,采用正交实验对茶多糖的酶法提取条件进行了优化。结果表明,酶解条件和冰乙醇用量对茶多糖的提取效率有较大的影响,获得茶多糖高提取效率(54.70%)所需条件与获得高降糖活性茶多糖(葡萄糖激酶相对酶活比值达3.97)所需条件不同。 In order to reveal the correlation between the high extraction efficiency of tea polysaccharides and its high activity, on the basis of systematically examining the conditions of the trypsin and the amount of ice ethanol on the extraction efficiency, the orthogonal test was used to study the enzymatic extraction conditions of tea polysaccharides Optimized.
