为解决施工后沥青混合料结构类型的验收问题,以路面芯样为对象研究了混合料结构类型的评价方法。该方法具体步骤为首先测定沥青路面芯样高度,然后燃烧路面芯样从而获得粗集料,最后通过干捣实法成型试样并测定试样高度。通过试验建立了沥青混合料结构类型的评价指标Hmix/HDRC和评价标准,即:当路面芯样高度小于等于试样高度时,沥青混合料为骨架型结构;当路面芯样高度大于试样高度时,沥青混合料为悬浮型结构。并以某高速公路3个标段的中面层AC-20混合料和上面层SMA-16混合料为例,研究了混合料结构类型对高温抗变形性能的影响,结果表明,所提出的混合料结构类型指标Hmix/HDRC与混合料高温抗变形性能密切相关。研究成果弥补了现有规范的不足,便于对沥青路面的施工质量与设计的符合性进行检验,从而有利于控制路面施工质量,延长路面使用寿命。
In order to solve the acceptance problem of the type of asphalt mixture after construction, the evaluation method of the type of mixture structure is studied with the pavement core sample. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, measuring the core height of the asphalt pavement, then burning the pavement core sample to obtain the coarse aggregate, and finally forming the sample by the dry tamping method and measuring the height of the sample. Through the test, the evaluation index Hmix / HDRC of asphalt concrete structure type and the evaluation standard are established, that is, when the pavement core height is less than or equal to the sample height, the asphalt mixture is a skeletal structure; when the pavement core height is greater than the sample height Asphalt mixture for the suspension structure. Taking the middle course AC-20 and the upper course SMA-16 as an example, the impact of the type of mixture structure on the high temperature deformation resistance was studied. The results show that the proposed mixing Hmix / HDRC is closely related to the high temperature deformation resistance of the mixture. The research results make up for the deficiencies of the existing codes and facilitate the inspection of the conformance of the construction quality and design of asphalt pavement, so as to control the construction quality of the pavement and prolong the service life of the pavement.
