本文提出一种利用莫尔条纹对三维轮廓及形变进行动态测量的方法及装置。利用光学投影系统地将格栅被测物表面,得到携带有被测表面三维信息的变形格栅。此变形格栅经摄象物镜成象在象平面上,和置于此象平面上的标准格栅重合,从而得到带有莫尔等高线的被测构件图象,此图象经图象处理系统记录、处理后可得到被测构件任一截面的轮廓及形变。本测量方法特别适合于橡胶、塑料及软金属构件的在线测量。
This paper presents a method and apparatus for the dynamic measurement of 3D profile and deformation using moire fringes. By using optical projection system, the surface of the object to be measured is grasped to obtain a deformation grid carrying the three-dimensional information of the surface to be measured. The deformable grid is imaged on the image plane by a camera lens and overlaid on a standard grid placed on the plane of the image to obtain an image of the member under test with the moiré contour, Processed system records can be obtained after treatment of any cross-section of the measured profile and deformation. This measurement method is particularly suitable for on-line measurement of rubber, plastic and soft metal components.
