大占头拦河闸设计过闸流量>5000 m~3/s,工程等别为大(1)型。拦河闸底部高程131.50 m,闸基(1)层中粗砂层和(3)层砂卵石层为强透水层,拦河闸建成挡水后存在闸基渗漏和渗透稳定问题,建议对闸基采取防渗处理措施。由于高压旋喷灌浆成墙技术具有良好的变形协调性能以及抗渗性能,采用高喷防渗墙对闸基进行处理。处理后经检测各指标满足设计要求,证明该拦河闸地基处理方案是合理可行的。
