教育除了给予学生知识上的积累之外,更重要的也是对一个教师思想品质、做人做事方面的发展。有思想的教育者对待生活是乐观健康的,并且用乐观积极的心态引导学生树立正确的价值观。从小学的教学到中学大纲的要求,都无不体现这一点。小学六年的时光是学生在求学路上重要的阶段,六年对学生的价值观、道德观都有着潜移默化的作用。小学教学在各方面都渗透思想品德教育,已达到“教书育人”的目的。面对商品经济带来的冲击及教育本身存在的问题,在小学教学中如何渗透管理学呢?我认为只要充分利用教材,潜移默化地对学生进行思想道德渗透,就能达到“润物细无声”的效果。同时,还要努力创新班主任的工作事务,探索教育管理对班主任工作事务的创新与发展。
