对1987年5月福建南平库蚊上的虫霉流行病进行观察和鉴定,结果表明库蚊虫霉(Entomophthora culicis)是流行病的主要病原菌(92.4%),其次为弯孢虫疫霉(Eryniacurvispora)(2.9%),同时在库蚊的个体上存在着这两种虫霉的复合感染(4.7%)。库蚊虫霉分生孢子钟罩形,基部平截,端部尖突。分生孢子10.3×13.3-6.6×11.6μm,平均12.1±0.15×9.0±0.15μm,长径比1.40—1.75。休眠孢子内生或外生,平均27.1±0.14μm。假根粗大,无固着器,囊状体缺乏。在蛋黄培养基上生长微弱。对不同因子影响分生孢子萌发进行了初步的研究。
The results showed that Entomophthora culicis was the main pathogen of the epidemic (92.4%), followed by Eryniacurvispora (2.9%), while there was a combined infection of these two kinds of insects in mosquito (4.7%). Culex mosquito conidia Bell-shaped, base truncation, tip sharp. Conidia 10.3 × 13.3-6.6 × 11.6μm, average 12.1 ± 0.15 × 9.0 ± 0.15μm, aspect ratio of 1.40-1.75. Resting spores endogenous or exogenous, with an average of 27.1 ± 0.14μm. Rough rhizome, no fixator, lack of cystic body. Grow weakly in egg yolk medium. Effects of different factors on conidial germination were studied.
