文章以会计工作流程设计为依托,以岗位任务需求为导向,对会计综合实训课程进行教学改革与创新。以采购供应过程工作任务为例,根据任务描述与需求,通过岗位流程设计进行岗位分工,符合行动导向的教学要求,强调分岗轮训和岗位之间的业务传递及内部控制流程。实现知识与岗位技能的良好对接,体现“工学结合、教学做一体化”的教改思想,课程教学效果评价实行过程考核与结果考核相结合、教师评价和小组成员互评相结合的方式,突出对学生的学习能力、实践能力和就业能力培养。
The article relies on the accounting workflow design, takes the post task demand as the guidance, carries on the teaching reform and the innovation to the accounting comprehensive training course.
