将高絮凝率菌剂YBJ-4应用于西宁城市污水和大通河水的处理,以期得到较好的净化效果。本研究采用单因素试验和正交试验对絮凝条件进行优化。结果表明:该株高效絮凝菌剂对大通河水净化处理的最佳体系为絮凝剂加量1.2 mL,pH 7.0,助凝剂1.4 mL,处理时间25 min,最高絮凝率为95.43;对西宁城市污水的最佳絮凝体系为pH 6.8,1%的CaCl_2 1.2 mL,絮凝剂用量0.8 mL,处理时间15 min最高絮凝率为92.18%。经过YBJ-4的净化处理,西宁城市污水和大通河水水质各项指标的去除率均较高,即絮凝菌剂YBJ-4对西宁城市污和大通河水的净化处理效果好。
The high flocculation rate agent YBJ-4 is applied to the treatment of urban sewage and Datong River in Xining, in order to get a better purification effect. In this study, single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments to optimize flocculation conditions. The results showed that the optimum system for the purification of Datong River water was flocculant dosage 1.2 mL, pH 7.0, coagulant 1.4 mL, and the treatment time 25 min, the highest flocculation rate was 95.43. The optimal flocculation system was pH 6.8, 1.2% CaCl_2, 0.8 mL flocculant, and the highest flocculation rate was 92.18% at 15 min. After YBJ-4 purification treatment, the removal rates of various indicators of Xining urban sewage and Chase river water quality are high, namely, the flocculation bacterial agent YBJ-4 has a good effect on the purification of urban sewage and Datong River water in Xining.
