针对沥青路面结构中水泥稳定碎石基层材料的开裂问题,提出在水泥稳定碎石材料中掺加聚丙烯纤维来改善其物理力学性能,特别是抗裂性能。通过室内试验研究了材料的劈裂强度、弯拉强度及温缩干缩性能;利用ABAQUS有限元软件对采用掺聚丙烯纤维的水泥稳定碎石材料的路面结构进行了应力计算分析;最终通过试验路的摊铺与观测验证了掺聚丙烯纤维的水泥稳定碎石的抗裂性能,具有一定的理论意义和工程价值。
In order to solve the cracking problem of cement stabilized macadam base material in asphalt pavement structure, it is proposed to improve the physical and mechanical properties, especially the crack resistance, by adding polypropylene fiber into the cement stabilized macadam material. The splitting strength, flexural strength and shrinkage shrinkage of the material were studied through laboratory experiments. The stress analysis of the pavement structure of cement-stabilized macadam reinforced with polypropylene fiber was carried out by ABAQUS finite element software. Finally, Road paving and observation verified the anti-cracking performance of cement stabilized macadam reinforced with polypropylene fiber, which has certain theoretical significance and engineering value.
