目的:测定平贝母药材中的主要生物碱贝母素甲和贝母素乙的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器和Agilent Hypersil BDS-C18(4.0 mm×250 mm,5μm),在流动相为乙腈-水-二乙胺(体积比70∶30∶0.03),流速0.8 mL/min,漂移管温度85℃,N2流速2.2L/min条件下测定平贝母中贝母素甲、贝母素乙的含量。结果:贝母素甲含量在3.125~100.00μg/mL、贝母素乙含量在3.14~100.05μg/mL范围内与峰面积的对数值呈线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.56%、99.33%,RSD分别为1.25%、1.53%(n=6)。结论:本方法能够测定平贝母药材中的主要生物碱贝母素甲、贝母素乙含量,可用于平贝母药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of major alkaloids Fritillaria and Fritillaria B in Fritillaria.
