企业人力资源开发的核心问题,是不断挖掘员工的潜力,使得人尽其才,才尽其用。2004年至2006年的3年中,塑料事业部从企业内部改革和发展的实际需要出发,连续举办多期转岗培训班,使160余名员工实现了转岗。此举既解决了制品、丙纶等装置在产品结构调整中骨干员工的出路,也缓解了聚烯烃等化工装置由于员工流失造成一线操作工紧缺的矛盾。回顾总结这项工作,对做好企业人力资源开发工作具有积极的意义。
The core issue of enterprise human resource development is to continuously tap the potentials of employees and make the best use of them. During the three years from 2004 to 2006, the Plastic Business Unit set out from the actual needs of the internal reform and development of enterprises and held a series of multi-phase transfer training courses so that more than 160 employees were transferred to work. This not only solved the products, polypropylene and other devices in the product structure adjustment in the backbone of the staff of the way, but also ease the chemical equipment such as polyolefins due to staff turnover caused by the shortage of front-line workers contradictions. Recalling this work is of positive significance for the development of human resources in enterprises.
