采空区塌陷灾害的监测与评价是废弃矿山再利用的重要内容之一。利用SoftGIS技术能够让公众参与协同决策的优势,将专业监测设备的数据与专家分析同公众的经验智慧相结合,构建采空区塌陷灾害评价模型,并利用计算机技术开发了采空区塌陷灾害评价系统。系统实现了采空区塌陷灾害的群防群测及公众参与决策支持。将该系统应用于南港村采空区监测与评价,该系统的预测与评价结果的准确度和合理性高于仅通过仪器探测和监测的结果,说明将SoftGIS技术引入采空区塌陷灾害评价中是可行的。
Monitoring and evaluation of the collapse of mined-out area is one of the important contents of abandoned mine reutilization. SoftGIS technology can make the public participate in the advantages of collaborative decision-making, combine the data of professional monitoring equipment and expert analysis with the public’s wisdom, construct the evaluation model of collapse hazard in goaf, and use computer technology to develop the assessment of collapse of goaf system. The system has realized the group prevention and mass detection and the public participation decision-making support of the collapse of the goaf. The system is applied to the monitoring and evaluation of goaf in Nangang Village. The accuracy of the prediction and evaluation results of this system is higher than that of instrument detection and monitoring. The results show that introducing SoftGIS into the assessment of collapse in goaf It works.
