针对大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井极近距离煤层同采工作面回采巷道的合理布置问题,采用数值模拟及现场实测方法,就层间距小于2 m极近距离煤层煤柱下的双巷布置进行了研究。结果表明:当区段煤柱宽度为20 m时,煤柱下双巷布置适用的埋深应小于100 m;当区段煤柱宽度为35 m时,煤柱下双巷布置适用的埋深应小于150 m。据此,将活鸡兔井三盘区极近距离煤层双巷布置于35 m宽的区段煤柱下,实际使用后巷道历经3次采动影响的累积变形量仅为50 mm,巷道无需维护即能保持正常安全使用,为类似浅埋极近距离煤层的安全高效开采提供参考。
Aiming at the reasonable layout of the livelihood of the Dalauta coal mine near the coal mining face with the same working face, the double lane layout under the coal pillars less than 2 m in very close distance is carried out by numerical simulation and field measurement method the study. The results show that the suitable depth of double lane under coal pillar should be less than 100 m when the coal pillar width is 20 m. When the coal pillar width is 35 m, the suitable depth of double lane under coal pillar arrangement Should be less than 150 m. According to the above results, the double-lane coal seam of Sanpan District, a very close distance coal-bearing area, is placed under a coal pillar with a width of 35 m. The accumulated deformation of the tunnel after 3 times of actual mining is only 50 mm. Maintenance can maintain normal and safe use, and provide reference for the safe and efficient mining of similar shallow and very close coal seam.
