Understanding the natural degree of stability of the human joint structure allows for an in-depth study of the amount of control and the amount of energy expended by exercise. This article discusses the structure of human body from the basic biomechanical point of view and proposes a hypothesis that minimizes the amount of control. Some conclusions of the kinematic learning are also discussed. The definition of stability stability generally includes the size of the support surface or base and the extent to which the body segment or center of gravity falls within the bottom. This understanding is simplistic, because only the gravity effect is taken into account and the inertia factor is neglected. It is helpful because “control” is the main cause of human body
