本研究应用基质辅助激光解吸/电离质谱(MALDI-MS)和外切糖苷酶数组测序,对3种不同动物表达系统所表达的重组人γ干扰素(IFN-γ)Asn_(25)和Asn_(97)糖基化位点上的N-联糖群特性进行分析。
In this study, the expression of Asn_ (25) and Asn_ (25) of recombinant human interferon gamma (IFN-γ) expressed in three different animal expression systems were detected by using matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI- 97) N-linked glycans on the glycosylation site were analyzed.
