气扳机发动机的功率主要是根据拧紧螺栓所需的功确定的。由试验和理论推导发现同一材质同一规格的螺栓在其长度不同,被连接件厚度不同,连接形式不同时,要达到同一额定扭矩,需要的功则不同。因此在确定气扳机发动机功率时首先要给出螺栓规格、额定扭矩,螺栓长度,被连接件厚度以及连接形式。本文所涉及的螺栓长度、被连接件厚度,对小规格螺栓取长度系列中限,中、大规格螺栓取长度系列中、上限。连接形式如图1(a)。螺栓额定
The power of the gas trigger engine is mainly determined based on the work required to tighten the bolt. According to experiments and theoretical deductions, when the bolts with the same specification and the same material have different lengths, different thicknesses of connected parts, and different connection forms, the same rated torque is required and the required work is different. Therefore, when determining the power of the gas trigger engine, the bolt size, the rated torque, the bolt length, the thickness of the connected parts, and the connection form must be given first. This article deals with the length of bolts, the thickness of the parts to be connected, and the middle and upper lengths of medium-to-large-size bolts of length series for small-size bolts. The connection form is shown in Figure 1(a). Bolt rating
