在毛主席革命路线指引下,在批林批孔运动向纵深发展的大好形势下,吉林、黑龙江、辽宁、河北、上海、天津六省、市防治二硫化碳中毒科研协作会议于1974年7月10～14日在哈尔滨市召开。参加会议的有六省、市的卫生、轻工(纺织)局及其所属的职业病防治院(所)、卫生防疫站、医院、医学院校、工厂的工人、安全技术、卫生人员共93人。轻工部、中国医学科学院派员参加了会议。
