高参数大容量电力机组时代,分光光度法测定水汽系统中铜铁离子含量已不能满足化学监督的需要,石墨炉原子吸收法具有不可替代的优势。从原子吸收光谱法的基本原理、水样的采集及预处理、石墨炉温度时间程序的建立、标准工作曲线的绘制、石墨管的寿命延长、仪器的使用维护及注意事项等方面进行讲述。目的是使石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪更好地服务于化学监督工作,得到更加准确真实的水质数据,保障运行发电机组的安全经济运行。
In the era of high-capacity high-capacity power units, spectrophotometry can not meet the need of chemical supervision in the determination of copper and iron ion in water vapor system. Graphite furnace atomic absorption has irreplaceable advantages. From the basic principles of atomic absorption spectrometry, water samples collected and pretreatment, graphite furnace temperature and time procedures established, the standard working curve drawing, graphite tube life extension, the use of equipment maintenance and precautions and so on. The purpose is to make graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer to better serve the chemical supervision, to get more accurate and real water quality data, to ensure the safe and economic operation of running generator sets.
