柬埔寨甘再水电站项目大坝碾压混凝土超过150万m3,由于当地工业市场十分不发达,混凝土所需的水泥、粉煤灰全部要进口,给施工成本造成巨大增加并且运输组织管理难度巨大。为了减少胶凝材料的进口量,本项目碾压混凝土配合比设计采用了高掺石粉(30%)的方案。工程左岸砂石系统的设计在满足强度、可靠度的前提下,采用近年才兴起的粗砂整形先进工艺来调整控制成品砂的细度模数,确保了成品砂的质量,同时采用了雷蒙磨工艺大规模生产石粉的工艺,在国内外均属首创。
