为探明不同水分供应条件下苹果幼树锰素营养状况,设置不同施锰量和土壤水分管理的盆栽试验,研究水分胁迫对苹果幼树生长和锰积累的影响。结果表明:随着土壤田间持水量增加,苹果幼树干物质积累量升高。水分间歇饱和、中度干旱胁迫未施锰处理苹果幼树干物质积累量分别比施锰处理提高36.4%和28.7%,差异显著(P<0.05)。随着土壤田间持水量的降低,树体锰积累增加,较高土壤水分的条件下,施锰对树体锰的积累不明显,而中度干旱胁迫、干旱胁迫处理施锰后树体锰的积累分别较未施锰的树体提高39.5%和35.7%,差异显著(P<0.05)。施锰处理土壤锰含量高于未施锰处理,其中干旱胁迫处理土壤有效锰、交换性锰、易还原锰含量均较高,其次是水分间歇饱和处理。
In order to find out the nutritional status of young apple trees under different water supply conditions, pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of water stress on young apple tree growth and manganese accumulation. The results showed that with the increase of soil water holding capacity in field, the dry matter accumulation of young apple trees increased. Moisture was intermittent and saturated, and the dry matter accumulation of young apple trees under moderate drought stress was increased by 36.4% and 28.7%, respectively, compared with that under manganese treatment. The difference was significant (P <0.05). With the decrease of soil water holding capacity, the accumulation of Mn in the tree increased. Under the condition of higher soil moisture, Mn accumulation in the tree was not obvious. However, under the moderate drought stress and drought stress, The accumulations were 39.5% and 35.7% higher than the un-mangrove trees, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The content of manganese in the soil treated with manganese was higher than that not treated with manganese, and the contents of available manganese, exchangeable manganese and readily reduced manganese in soil were higher under drought stress, followed by intermittent moisture treatment.
