介绍一种用于高校实训中转速测量的红外光电转速测量装置——便携式光电转速表,对其硬件选择分析,以红外光作为光源,使光电输出的电信号经过前置放大、整形处理电路及锁相倍频后,由单片机进行计算处理。单片机采用测量脉冲周期和测量脉冲信号个数相结合的方法计算转速,既能保证检测的实时性,测量精度也高,转速测量值可以通过五位LED显示出结果。
This paper introduces a kind of infrared photoelectrical speed measuring device used in the speed measurement of university training. It is a portable photoelectric tachometer. Its hardware is analyzed and chosen. The infrared light is used as the light source to make the photoelectric signal output through preamplifier. And phase lock frequency doubling, calculated by the microcontroller. The single-chip microcomputer uses the method of measuring the pulse period and measuring the number of pulse signals to calculate the rotational speed, which can ensure the real-time detection and the measurement accuracy is also high. The measured value of the rotational speed can show the result through five LEDs.
