指宾状语句是一种句法结构和语义结构的错配现象，即某一状态形容词虽在结构上占据状语位置，但在语义上却指向宾语。该文在对有关指宾状语句的现有分析模式进行评述之后，从事件语义学的视角出发，分析了“制作类、感知类、呈现类”指宾状语句，认为这三类句子分别代表“致使、感知、呈现”事件。
