目的了解常熟市4年间食物中毒发生的规律及特点,提出相应的预防控制措施。方法收集该市2006—2009年上报食物中毒统计表及个案调查资料进行描述性分析。结果 4年内常熟市共发生食物中毒21起,中毒人数691人,年平均中毒人数173人,无死亡病例。中毒场所以集体食堂为主,其次是农村地区举办婚事、丧事、建房等家庭宴席,成为群体性食物中毒的高发场所;中毒季节以第3季度居首;中毒食品以肉类食物为主,微生物是导致中毒的主要致病因素。结论该市食物中毒起数和中毒人数有增加趋势,加强卫生监督和宣传教育是预防食物中毒的关键措施。
Objective To understand the regularity and characteristics of food poisoning in Changshu City during the past four years and to put forward corresponding preventive and control measures. Methods To collect descriptive statistics of food poisoning cases and case investigation data reported in this city from 2006 to 2009. Results In 4 years, 21 food poisoning occurred in Changshu City, 691 people were poisoned, the annual average number of poisoning was 173 and no deaths were found. Poisoning venues dominated by collective canteens, followed by rural areas held weddings, funerals, building houses and other family banquet, becoming a high incidence of group food poisoning; poisoning season in the first quarter of the first quarter; poisoning food mainly meat, Microbes are the main causative agent of poisoning. Conclusion The number of food poisonings and the number of poisoning in the city have an increasing trend. Strengthening health supervision and publicity and education are the key measures to prevent food poisoning.
