采用反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制备形状较复杂且尺寸精度要求高的某航天器燃烧室。研制结果表明:用反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷制备某航天器燃烧室是合适的,其强度随Si含量的变化而有较大变化,在本文试验条件下,制件的最佳Si含量为10.5% ;该方法适于制备使用温度在1500℃以下尺寸精度要求高的高温结构件。
The reactive sintering of silicon carbide ceramics is used to prepare a spacecraft combustion chamber with a complicated shape and high dimensional accuracy requirements. The results show that it is suitable to prepare a spacecraft combustion chamber by reaction sintering silicon carbide ceramics, and its strength changes greatly with the change of Si content. Under the experimental conditions, the optimum Si content is 10.5 %; This method is suitable for the preparation of the use of temperature below 1500 ℃ dimensional accuracy of the high temperature structural components.
