自然崩落法中放矿品位预测研究旨在提高放矿品位预测精度,降低损失贫化。针对铜矿峪矿自然崩落法放矿高度为120 m的特点,进行了放矿物理模拟试验。通过统计放矿口上方每一层(共13层)颜色的颗粒在不同的放矿量下所占的比例并进行回归分析,提出了任意放矿阶段出矿品位预测模型,品位预测精度达到85%以上,解决了原有的品位计算模型不能针对任意放矿量下的放矿品位进行预测的问题。
The study of ore grade prediction in natural caving method aims to improve the accuracy of ore grade prediction and reduce the loss of depletion. According to the characteristics of the 120m m ore-drawing height at the Tongkuangyu Natural Caverns, the ore-releasing physical simulation test was carried out. Through the statistics of the proportion of particles of each layer (13 layers in total) above the discharge mouth under different amount of ore release and regression analysis, the ore grade prediction model at any stage of discharge is put forward and the grade prediction accuracy reaches 85 %, Which solves the problem that the original grade calculation model can not predict the ore-dressing grade at any ore dressing amount.
