针对直喷式柴油机燃烧过程的模拟计算问题,从影响模拟精度的角度出发,概述了直喷式柴油机准维多区燃烧模型的发展现状,分别对各区之间的热质交换、燃烧室湍流与油束耦合等方面进行了综述,旨在为今后更加深入的研究提供参考.相关试验表明改进后的多区模型在不同转速和负荷工况下均能获得令人满意的精度,能够反映缸内与各区内的燃烧与排放物生成情况.此外还提出了未来发展的方向:开展油气混合气的流体力学分析,继续改进燃油雾滴的运动和蒸发模型;增加缸内挤流和涡流模型,对采用引喷、主喷和后喷的复杂喷油过程进行模拟的燃烧模型仍需要进一步探究.“,”Based on the simulation problem of the DI diesel engine combustion process,the research status of quasi-dimension multi-zone combustion model for DI diesel engine was presented:the heat-charge exchange between the adjacent zones,the coupling of the turbulence and fuel spray and so on were summarized from the view of simulation precision.The related experiments show that the updated models give some improvements about the fuel droplet motion and evapo-ration,air entrainment,soot formation and oxidation.It can be used to predict the combustion and pollutant formation in each zone under different conditions.In addition,the future research trend was put forward:the hydrodynamics anal-ysis of the fuel-air mixture would be continued to improve the fuel droplet motion and evaporation model,the in-cylinder squish flow and turbulence model,the multi-zone combustion model of the complicated fuel injection process including pilot-injection/main injection and post injection should be developed.
