“十一五”规划纲要,对今后五年我国的经济社会发展做出了全面部署。现在大政方针确定下来了,下一步关键是真抓实干,抓好落实。各地情况千差万别,抓落实,必须按照中央的总体部署,紧密结合本省、本市、本县的实际,安排好各自的发展规划和工作措施。能不能很好地坚持党的实事求是的思想路线,从实际出发推进各项工作,是我们能否落实好中央决策部署的关键。 The Outline of the 11th Five-Year Plan has made overall plans for the economic and social development of our country in the next five years. At present, the principle of major policies has been finalized. The key to the next step is to grasp hard work and do a good job of implementing it. The situations in various places vary widely and the implementation of them must be arranged in accordance with the overall deployment of the Central Government and in close connection with the actual conditions in our province, the municipality and the county, so as to formulate respective development plans and measures for their work. Whether we can adhere to the party’s ideological line of seeking truth from facts or not and advancing everything from the reality is the key to whether or not we can properly implement the decision-making arrangements made by the central government.
