目的建立二极管阵列-高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠测定方法。方法样品处理后,采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液(3+97)为流动相,进行DAD-LC测定。结果在2.5~50μg/ml的线性范围内,呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率在96.9%~103.7%之间,RSD在0.53%~3.72%之间。结论该方法灵敏度高,稳定、准确、重现性好等优点,适用于食品中4种组分添加剂的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of acesulfame, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin in food using diode array-high performance liquid chromatography. Methods After the sample was processed, the DAD-LC determination was carried out on a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column with methanol-0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate solution (3 + 97) as the mobile phase. The results showed good linearity in the range of 2.5 ~ 50μg / ml. The average recoveries ranged from 96.9% to 103.7% with RSD ranging from 0.53% to 3.72%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, stable, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of four components in food.
