The reasons for the unqualified mechanical properties of the axles after the heat treatment are analyzed, and the solutions are put forward from the aspects of the heat treatment process and practical operation to ensure the quality of the heat treatment of the vehicle. Adjusting the normalizing process according to the carbon content can ensure the performance of the axle, simplify the axle heat treatment process and increase the production efficiency.
