今年3月31日,由国家人事部《中国人才》杂志社主办、北京直世物业管理有限公司承办的“自主择业转业军官创业论坛”,在北京“四季香山”举行。国务院军转办、全军转业办、军队驻京各大单位转业办有关人员,特邀专家学者以及全国部分省市军转办领导和自主择业转业干部代表出席论坛并发言。在中共中央颁布《军队转业干部安置暂行办法》、实施军队转业干部自主择业安置方式的第五个年头,自主择业转业军官创业论坛——作为主办方一种价值理念的实践模式,在众多“方法论”中浮出水面。尽管主办方对这次论坛刻意低调,并有意模糊“首届”字眼,但并不妨碍此次论坛成为宣传,鼓励、引导自主择业军官就业、创业的一个崭新风向标。有如全军转业办公室滑兵贤副主任所说:“专门为自主择业转业军官打造的创业论坛,在全国尚属首次,这样的形式很好,可以长期办下去。”与会者普遍认为,军转干部需要这样一个创业论坛。
