Neuroscience can provide the judiciary with factual information about the facts of the case, such as the reliability of the facts and the validity of the experiment, but the question going back to the normative and institutional aspects is whether the use and when to use that information depends on the judiciary The purpose of the activity is, therefore, to a large extent, a legal rather than a scientific issue. This article focuses on the evidence of neuroscience evidence in court trials. Discuss the procedures, limitations and causes of use of the brain’s “data” in court through evidence-based rules and the neuroscience implications of different stages of the trial.
