案例教学法在国际商法课程中有着传统的系统教学法所不具有的优势,它能促进学生积极思考、探究法的真谛。国际商法教学的重点和难点就是国际货物买卖法,而国际货物买卖法最常用的纠纷解决方式则是仲裁。故而一个好的教学案例运用,应该能够兼顾解决国际货物买卖纠纷的实体与程序,使得学生能在分析案例时综合考虑该类案件所涉及的实体法和程序法规范,做到对国际货物买卖法和仲裁法有一个立体的认识。
