目的探讨影响高中生印象管理的人格因素。方法采用自我监控量表(用于评定印象管理程度)、小五人格学生问卷和整体自尊量表对陕西省西安中学高中部321名中学生进行了调查。结果高中生印象管理水平无性别、年级差异(t值分别为-1.285、-1.047,P>0.05)。印象管理水平较高的高中生具有外向、开放、自尊的特点,且情绪更为稳定,相关系数r分别为0.389、0.333、0.228(P<0.01)、-0.113(P<0.05)。外向性、开放性、自尊对高中生的印象管理具有显著预测作用(Beta范围值分别为0.295~0.389、0.170~0.277、0.217,P<0.01)。结论影响印象管理的人格因素有外向性、开放性与自尊。
Objective To explore the personality factors that affect the impression management of high school students. Methods A total of 321 middle school students from Xi’an middle school high school in Shaanxi Province were investigated using the self-monitoring scale (for assessing the degree of impression management), the P5 personality questionnaire and the overall self-esteem scale. Results There was no gender and grade difference in high school students’ impression management (t = -1.285, -1.047, P> 0.05). The high school students with high impression management level have the characteristics of extroversion, openness and self-esteem, and their emotions are more stable. The correlation coefficients r are 0.389,0.333,0.228 (P <0.01), -0.11 (P <0.05) respectively. Extroversion, openness and self-esteem have a significant effect on the impression management of high school students (Beta range, 0.295-0.389, 0.170-0.277, 0.217, respectively; P <0.01). Conclusion Personality factors that affect impression management are extroversion, openness and self-esteem.
