本文透过泛珠区域内东部发达地区与中西部欠发达地区企业的构成特点、相互关系以及所面临的不同的产业升级和转移问题,洞悉企业发展对法律所产生的内在需求;从《劳动合同法》加大对劳动者权益的保障,调整企业用工规则,限制企业违法用工,增加企业用工违法风险和违法成本,强化用工管理的规范,平衡劳动关系等多方面,全面分析了《劳动合同法》的实施给具有劳动密集型特征的泛珠企业的升级和转型发展所产生的影响和作用。并在此基础上,进一步分析了《劳动合同法》实施在推进泛珠企业发展中,在国家宏观指导方面、区域合作打破壁垒方面、在微观配套措施方面面临的亟待解决的其它相关法律问题。
