天津华苑软件园于1998年成立,先后被授予“天津市软件产业基地”、“国家火炬计划软件产业基地”、“国家863软件专业孵化器”和“国家软件出口基地”。软件园聚集了天津市63％的经认定软件企业和53％的系统集成企业,软件出口处于全国领先地位。2004年华苑软件园的总销售收入为30亿元,年均增长幅度超过35％。入园企业292家,从业人员9000人。华苑软件园占地面积330亩,建筑面积20万平方米,包括软件企业孵化区、软件出口基地、软件人才培训基地、综合服务区和产业发展区。软件园的网络基础设施良好,骨干设计带宽10G,主干节点间以144芯光缆相连,国际出口带宽355M,网络接入带宽可选择155-622M,网络应用层桌面带宽达到100M。

Software Park gathered 63% of Tianjin’s certified software companies and 53% of system integration companies, software exports in the country’s leading position. In 2004 Huayuan Software Park’s total sales revenue of 3 billion yuan, an average annual increase of more than 35%. 292 enterprises admission, employing 9,000 people. Huayuan Software Park covers an area of 330 mu, building area of 200,000 square meters, including software business incubator, software export base, software training base, integrated service area and industrial development zone. Software Park’s network infrastructure is good, the backbone design bandwidth of 10G, connected to 144 core optical cable between the main nodes, the international export bandwidth of 355M, network access bandwidth can choose 155-622M, network application layer desktop bandwidth up to 100M.
