本文论述了黄地老虎Scotia segetum(Schiffermller)幼虫感染颗粒体病毒后的组织细胞病理学变化与病毒的形态发生。观察到脂肪体细胞核中中空部分中空的核衣壳样结构和管膜列阵的出现。就病症、幼虫敏感性组织、病毒的增殖部位:超长的核衣壳杆状体、包含体的形成以及病毒粒子在细胞间的转移等方面进行了讨论。有关细胞器病变,特别是溶酶体的演变和作用以及与病毒粒子囊膜的获得方式密切相关的内质网变化过程和大量多层环膜的出现等问题,详见《黄地老虎颗粒体病毒病的细胞器病变及病理学意义》。
This article discusses the histopathological changes and virus morphogenesis of Granulovirus infected with the larvae of Scotia segetum (Schiffermüller). The appearance of a hollow nucleocapsid-like structure and a tube membrane array in the hollow part of the fat cell nucleus was observed. The disease, the susceptible tissue of larvae, the proliferative site of the virus: the long, elongated nucleocapsid, the formation of inclusion bodies and the transfer of virions between cells are discussed.
