电力营销稽查管理是现代化管理制度的重要组成部分,关系到电力企业的用电市场秩序。随着经济的快速发展和信息化时代的来临,用电客户和电力按需求迅猛增加,为电力企业的管理提出了巨大的挑战。从目前电力营销稽查管理现状而言,还存在诸多不足之处,在一定程度上限制了电力企业的发展,内容对电力营销稽查管理存在的问题进行研究,并提出了针对性的解决措施。
Electricity marketing audit management is an important part of the modern management system, related to the electricity market order of power companies. With the rapid economic development and the advent of the information age, the rapid growth of electricity customers and power demand has posed a huge challenge to the management of power enterprises. From the current status of power marketing audit management, there are still many shortcomings, to a certain extent, limit the development of power companies, the content of the power marketing audit management problems and put forward specific solutions.
