斗齿是挖掘机、装载机的重要零件,目前国内生产的斗齿在材料、结构和使用寿命上都未能完全满足矿山现场的需要,提高斗齿寿命以发挥设备效能,满足矿山生产将有重要意义。本文在分析国内外斗齿材料使用情况、结构型式的基础上提出了提高高锰钢的耐磨性,发展合金钢组合式斗齿、斗齿实行标准化、系列化和研究更好的材料以堆焊斗齿等四条提高斗齿使用寿命的途径。
