目的:建立柴黄片超高效液相特征指纹图谱,为柴黄片的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用Acquity UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱;柱温40℃;检测波长280 nm;流动相为乙腈和0.2%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,流速0.3 ml·min-1,进样体积3μl。结果:超高效液相特征指纹图谱中主要成分得到有效分离,得到13个共有峰,各批次柴黄片特征指纹图谱与对照图谱相似度均在0.9以上,可用于柴黄片的定性鉴别。结论:建立了柴黄片的特征指纹图谱,此方法简单、准确、重复性良好,为柴黄片的质量控制提供了有效的方法。
Objective: To establish the fingerprint of ultra-high performance liquid chromatography of chaihuang tablet and provide the basis for the quality control of chaihuang tablet. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2% glacial acetic acid with a mobile phase of 0.3 ml · min-1 using a mobile phase of Acquity UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) , Injection volume 3μl. Results: The main components of the HPLC fingerprint were effectively separated and 13 common peaks were obtained. The similarity of the fingerprint of each batch was above 0.9, which could be used for the qualitative identification of Qixian tablets. Conclusion: The fingerprint of chaihuang tablet was established. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It provides an effective method for the quality control of chaihuang tablet.
