同志们: 这次“两刊”通讯、发行工作会议开了两天,今天结束。参加这次会议的有各地市水产科(站)长和“两刊”通讯员、发行重点县的代表。会议期间同志们交流了一年来“两刊”通讯、发行的经验;研究了做好1990年“两刊”通讯、发行工作的办法和措施。同志们还对提高《湖南水产》质量提出了许多宝贵的意见。会议达到了预期的目的。为了抓好明年“两刊”通讯、发行工作,我讲一些意见,供同志们参考。 1988年我省遇到特大秋汛,各级水产事业费越来越紧,各类报刊杂志涨价,“两刊”通讯、发行工作遇到新的困难。但由于各地市县水产主管部门的努力,我们仍然较好地完成了“两刊”发行任务。1989年全省订阅《中国水产》2449份,《湖南水产》12400份。邵阳市订阅《湖南水产》的 Comrades: This two-issue newsletter and the issuance of working meetings opened for two days and ended today. In order to grasp the communication and issue work of the “two issues of next year” next year, I will make some comments for the reference of my comrades. In 1988, there was a big autumn flood in our province. The fees for aquatic products at all levels became more and more tight. The prices of various newspapers and periodicals jumped. There were new difficulties in the communication and distribution of the “two journals.” However, due to the efforts made by the aquatic product administrations of all counties and cities, we still completed the issue of the “two issues” satisfactorily.
