在电网容量较小时,由于大型厂矿或设备的投入,出现冲击负荷是难免的。据我们的经验,在承担冲击负荷时,若汽机和锅炉不能有效地配合,特别是解决短期内获得“附加功率”的问题,则在发掘系统的潜力方面,肯定不能得到有效的发挥。本文通过对5万千瓦再热汽轮机功——频电调的研制和试验,探讨单元制中间再热机组承担冲击负荷的潜力和可能采取的措施。
In the grid capacity is small, due to the large plant or equipment investment, the impact load is inevitable. According to our experience, if the steam turbine and the boiler can not effectively cope with the impact load, especially to solve the problem of obtaining “additional power” in the short term, it will certainly not be effective in exploring the potential of the system. Based on the research and test of power-frequency electric modulation of reheat steam turbine of 50,000 kilowatts, this article explores the potential of impact load of intermediate reheat unit of unit system and possible measures.
