在我国民政系统中,民政事业单位作为其中非常重要的组成部分,主要承担着社会救助、社会福利、优抚安置及其他专项社会事务管理等工作。近年来,我国民政事业单位改革也在不断的深入,这对民政事业单位人力资源管理工作提出了更高的要求。民政事业单位传统的人力资源管理模式越来越无法与当前社会发展需求相适应,因此需要针对民政事业单位人力资源管理中存在的问题进行深入分析,采取切实可行的措施来进一步加强人力资源管理工作,为民政事业的健康有序发展提供有效的人才保障。
