激励是现代人力资源管理中的一个重要内容,人力资源激励运用恰当,参与企业活动的人始终保持旺盛的士气、高昂的热情,企业经营才能实现较好的绩效。管理人员对下属进行激励,就是使下属的需求愿望得到某种程度的满足,并引导下属积极地按组织所需要的方式行动,如何才能增加员工的满足感要因人而异,不同的员工采取不同的措施。本文从激励的概念与重要性入手,介绍了激励的几种方式,列出了管理过程中存在的问题,并从这些现状与问题着手,提出了几点改善的措施。
