高校体育是一门综合社会学、心理学等多门学科的课程。将积极心理学理论应用于高校体育教学中,能够有效开阔高校体育教学视野,促进大学生健康人格的形成。积极心理学视域下开展高校体育教学,应制定多元化的培养目标,塑造大学生的健康人格,充分发挥教师的能量载体作用,建立科学的评价机制,营造良好的校园文化氛围。
College physical education is a comprehensive sociology, psychology and other multi-disciplinary courses. The positive psychology theory applied to college physical education, can effectively broaden the horizons of physical education in colleges and universities to promote the formation of healthy personality of college students. Under the condition of positive psychology, it is necessary to formulate diversified training objectives, shape the healthy personality of college students, give full play to teachers’ role of energy carrier, establish a scientific evaluation mechanism and create a good campus culture atmosphere.
