车削偏心件的传统方法大致有四种:四爪卡盘上车偏心件、三爪卡盘车偏心件、专用夹具上车偏心件、两顶尖车偏心件,其加工原理都基本相同。本文研究了偏心件在三爪自定心卡盘上定位所需垫片厚度的计算方法,从而使读者可依据实际情况选用不同的方法加工偏心零件。
The traditional method of turning eccentric roughly four kinds: four-jaw chuck on the car eccentric, three-jaw chuck eccentric, special fixture on the car eccentric, two top car eccentric, the processing principle is basically the same. In this paper, the calculation method of the thickness of the spacer required for positioning the eccentric on the three-jaw self-centering chuck is researched so that the reader can select different methods to process the eccentric components according to the actual situation.
