以单产7 500 kg·hm -2 以上的扬麦158 高产株型为研究对象,分析了小麦高产株型的生理特性,结果表明: 与中、低产株型相比,小麦高产株型的剑叶中异戊烯基腺苷(iPA) 、玉米素(ZR) 、生长素(IAA) 、赤霉素(GA3) 含量显著高,ABA 含量显著低,剑叶光合强度与iPA,ZR,IAA 和GA3 含量呈显著正相关,与ABA 含量呈显著负相关; 高产株型剑叶中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 、过氧化物酶(POD) 活性高,丙二醛(MDA) 含量低,剑叶光合强度与SOD, POD 活性呈正相关,与MDA 含量呈负相关; 高产株型籽粒中iPA,ZR,IAA 和GA3 含量高,ABA 含量低,籽粒胚乳细胞数与花后7 d 籽粒中iPA,ZR,IAA 和GA3 含量呈正相关,与ABA 含量呈负相关,粒重与花后21 d 籽粒中iPA,ZR,IAA 和GA3 含量呈正相关,与ABA 含量呈负相关; 高产株型的籽粒有较高的胚乳细胞数和粒重.
