目的:了解急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺微血管的形态变化。方法:应用微血管铸型扫描电镜观察,研究雨蛙素诱发的大鼠急性水肿性胰腺炎胰腺微血管构筑。结果:急性胰腺炎时胰腺毛细血管间的吻合明显减少,缺乏交通,许多毛细血管呈不连贯的盲端;毛细血管粗细不等,形态不规则;毛细血管表面被覆有铸型剂外渗形成的泡状物,胰腺组织内可见树脂聚集。结论:急性胰腺炎早期即存在胰腺局部微血管系统的紊乱,并可能与胰腺微循环障碍有关。
Objective: To understand the morphological changes of pancreas microvessels in rats with acute pancreatitis. Methods: The microvascular casts were observed with scanning electron microscopy to study the pancreatic microvascular architecture induced by raprosin in rats with acute edematous pancreatitis. Results: The anastomosis between the capillaries of the pancreas was significantly reduced in acute pancreatitis, lacking in traffic and many capillaries were discontinuous blind end; capillary thickness ranging from irregular shape to irregular shape; the surface of capillaries covered with cast agent extravasation Bubbles, the pancreas shows accumulation of resin. Conclusion: The early stage of acute pancreatitis exists the disorder of local microvascular system of the pancreas and may be related to the microcirculation disturbance of the pancreas.
