针对目前水稻远程灌溉系统存在的硬件资源浪费、系统响应差等弊端,应用了一种“服务器—用户手机”直接通讯的方式,并设计了一套基于GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)和GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications)的水稻智能灌溉系统。该系统以STC12C5A60S2单片机作为现场终端的核心处理器,通过GPRS DTU无线通信模块完成现场终端与远程服务器之间的通讯,利用GSM短消息方式实现用户手机与远程服务器之间的信息交互,极大地减少了现场终端的任务处理量,加快了系统的实时性。系统能够通过液位传感器获取田间水位信息,并根据水稻不同时期的需水量完成灌溉或排水操作。同时,系统通过对水稻灌溉监控管理软件的设计实现了服务器软件监控和用户手机监控的双重监控功能。试验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,灌溉控制精度在93%以上,能够达到远程监控、灌溉的目标。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the remote irrigation system in rice such as waste of hardware resources and poor system response, a “server-user handset” direct communication method was applied and a set of protocols based on GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) and GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) rice intelligent irrigation system. The system takes STC12C5A60S2 as the core processor of the field terminal, communicates with the remote server through the GPRS DTU wireless communication module, and realizes the information exchange between the user’s handset and the remote server by GSM short message, greatly reducing The scene of the terminal task processing capacity, speed up the system’s real-time. The system can obtain the field water level information through the liquid level sensor and complete the irrigation or drainage operation according to the water demand of rice in different periods. At the same time, the system through the design of rice irrigation monitoring and management software to achieve server software monitoring and dual monitoring of mobile phone users. The test results show that the system is stable and the control accuracy of irrigation is over 93%, which can achieve the goal of remote monitoring and irrigation.
