目的:探讨红景天多糖对四氧嘧啶诱导高血糖大鼠胰腺组织的保护作用,初步阐明红景天多糖的降血糖机制。方法:通过测定高血糖大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清丙二醛(MDA)、血清胰岛素(FINS)及胰腺组织HE染色,来评价红景天多糖对胰腺组织的保护。结果:红景天多糖明显降低高血糖大鼠FBG(P<0.01)和MDA(P<0.05),升高高血糖大鼠SOD和FINS(P<0.05),同时一定程度上改善四氧嘧啶造成的胰腺组织损伤。结论:红景天多糖可能通过减少胰腺组织的脂质氧化损伤,维持一定的FINS水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Rhodiola rosea polysaccharide on alloxan-induced hyperglycemic rat pancreatic tissue and to clarify the hypoglycemic mechanism of Rhodiola polysaccharide. Methods: Fasting blood glucose (FBG), serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), serum malondialdehyde (MDA), serum insulin (FINS) and pancreatic tissue HE staining were measured in hyperglycemic rats to evaluate the effect of Rhodiola polysaccharide Protection of the pancreas. Results: Rhodiola rosea significantly reduced FBG (P <0.01) and MDA (P <0.05) in hyperglycemic rats, increased SOD and FINS in hyperglycemic rats (P <0.05), and at the same time improved alloxan induced Pancreatic tissue injury. Conclusion: Rhodiola polysaccharides may be related to reducing pancreatic lipid oxidation damage and maintaining a certain level of FINS.
